Green bean sprouts Stir-fry
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
mung bean sprouts
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup green onions/scallions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Additional : chopped green onions as garnish

Black Chana Sprouted Salad
200 g black chana
1 small onion (chopped finely)
1 medium sized tomato (diced finely)
1 medium sized cucumber (cut finely)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt to taste
add chaat masala to taste
garnish with Coriander leaves
2 tbsp crumbled paneer for topping
