The best time to consume these Sprouts is in the morning

Before consuming them, do rinse them thoroughly under running water before use

Green bean sprouts Stir-fry

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • mung bean sprouts

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup green onions/scallions

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Additional : chopped green onions as garnish

Black Chana Sprouted Salad

  • 200 g black chana 

  • 1 small onion (chopped finely)

  • 1 medium sized tomato (diced finely)

  • 1 medium sized cucumber (cut finely)

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • add chaat masala to taste

  • garnish with Coriander leaves

  • 2 tbsp crumbled paneer for topping
